You got a problem with what we sent you? Hey, it's cool. Usually we'll take it back.
Our Goal is to make each customer happy with their purchase. If there is any transit damage then you will get a replacement not refund . If you would like to return the product because by mistake your ordered a wrong product then you have to send it back to us for an exchange. We will surely help you out as long you reach out to us within 48 hours after purchase and as long as the product is unused, in its original condition and original packing as when it was purchased. In this scenario, you will bear the return shipping cost and if there is any price difference between the products.
What is the Exchange Policy?
We thank you for your purchase. We request you to make sure that you have ordered the right product. We strongly recommend using as an expert technician for the repairing of your device. We will not accept returns nor will we provide a refund if in case you or your technician fails to repair your device. All our products are genuine, authentic & tested, therefore, no claims shall be entertained if in case you or your technician damages the product during repairing; or any 3rd person tells you that our product is not genuine. We stand behind the quality of our products and we are very proud to offer 10 days testing replacement warranty for manufacturing defects only. We will provide replacement (no refund) only for products with manufacturing defects.
Who bears the delivery charges of the items returned?
If we sent you the wrong product, or if the product listing was misleading or inaccurate, you can return the product and we will pay the shipping charges. In this case, we will offer a replacement as long as you reach out to us within 3 days after purchase. If you need to return the product because of some other reason that wasn't our fault, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs.
The product(s) must be returned in its original and unused condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe shipping back to us. The product should be packed in it's original packaging. It is essential that there is no damage to any part of packaging. Care must be taken when packing the returned product(s) for transit. You are advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product cost in case of transit damage.
If the returned item is damaged and/or used, all warranty and refund will be canceled. In this scenario, we will return the item back to you provided you pay for the shipping charges.
